| A beautiful(ORIGINAL) graphite(pencil)sketch/drawing from wildlife artist Roy Astley Fryer from South Africa.Well known in the avian art world Roy produces an artpiece from within his studio with his pet African Congo Grey(named,Daktari!)The sketch measures 8 x 11 inches on "Fine White 180gm Canson artist paper.The sketch has been treated with a smudge free varnish.Signed by the artist and embossed watermark for authenticity.Just off the drawing board and signed September 2006. |

A beautiful(ORIGINAL) Oil painting measuring 18 x 22 inches on stretched
canvas(will be securely packaged,rolled for shipping) from
wildlife artist Roy Astley Fryer ( South Africa).Well known in the avian art
world Roy produces an artpiece from within his studio with his pet
African Congo Grey(named,Daktari!).Signed by the artist on the bottom
right of painting .Just off the easel!! The photography does not
justify the beauty of this painting, It has a dark background made up of
dark reds,blues,purples ,magenta and black.The red in the
background has been worked with a palette knife, amongst other
colours,giving it texture.The painting comes to life when viewing the
african grey parrot perched on a branch with its vibrant red tail.The
painting has been varnished for protection. This is the same pose as
the scetch ubove. After doing the scetch the artist liked so much and
decided to do an oil!
